I am a Westchester County New York based photographer. My specialties include real estate and architectural work, portraits, and fine art.
The photography bug bit me more than 20 years ago. First on film and in a black and white darkroom. Then digital. My current arsenal includes a DSLR, and a medium format and 35 mm cameras. I studied black and white photography and darkroom technique at New York’s School of Visual Arts and at the Silvermine Arts Guild in New Canaan, CT.
I take my inspiration from the beautiful Hudson Valley, muse to many artists, from the Hudson River School of the 19th Century to today. As a photographer, my influences include members of Group ƒ/64: Ansel Adams, Edward Weston, Imogene Cunningham, etc., as well as Sally Mann, Robert Adams, Clyde Butcher and other great black and white photographers.
I live in Mount Kisco, NY. On weekends, you’ll find me shooting along the banks of the Hudson River, or photographing a waterfall in the Catskills.
If you are interested in working with me, please fill out the form on my contact page. I’m always looking for models and collaborators in any medium.
